Roger Quigley, who works for Mary Washington Healthcare, is mourning the loss of Kailen Ritter Quigley, 30, Finn, 7, Lillianna, 4, and Julie Alspaugh, 56, who were killed in a May 17 crash in Missouri.

Citing the Missouri State Highway Patrol, ABC17 says an 85-year-old woman failed to yield and struck a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Alspaugh, sending the SUV into the path of a Freightliner. All but Finn died at the scene, who died at the hospital, the outlet says.

A GoFundMe launched by Quigley's coworkers for the family had raised more than $3,000 as of press time.

A joint obituary for Kailen and her children on the Wright Funeral Home website said she was a Kansas City native with degrees in restaurant management and accounting. She'd apparently been living in the area as her obit said she was working at a Missouri thrift store.

Finn had a "vibrant spirit" and loved arts and crafts, having been looking forward to playing baseball and soccer, his obituary said. He also had a passion for baking cookies, which he loved to sell to friends and family.

Lily was a tomboy "but still loved everything pink," and was like her brother in that she loved crafting. She also loved getting dirty and playing in the mud.

Julie's obituary said she worked for many years as a certified nursing assistant in nursing homes and in home healthcare. She married John Alspaugh IV, who preceded her in death.

"Julie was a gentle, loving and caring person who always put others first," her obituary reads. "She enjoyed garage sales, thrifting and giving to others but her greatest love was for her children and grandchildren."

Services were held in Missouri on May 22. Click here to donate to Roger Quigley and here for Kailen and her kids' full obituary.
